It begins as a vision, evolves into a painting, is simplified down to a graphic, and is then printed with organic ink on versatile garments to create “wearable art”. All mesa (pronounced meesa) artwork is created by artist and owner Melissa Matarese and inspired by the everyday beauty of this world. The mountains, sea, and trees are our playground and influence. We create clothing and accessories geared toward individuals who lead an active lifestyle, appreciate their natural surroundings and are pro-active in their efforts to preserve it.

All mesa garments are made with natural fibers, recycled blends and/or made in the USA. The vision of our line is to take original artwork off the wall and into your everyday life in a stylish, comfortable, affordable,
earth-friendly way.
